I går handlede jeg i SB Jyderup og betalte med medlemsapp. Mit eget køb (bon 0136 004 0956 38 005) er blevet betalt af medlem 00730191 - jeg blev ikke promptet for pinkode da jeg havde scannet app men kassen registrerede betaling på et andet medlem.

Til gengæld er jeg blevet opkrævet for bon 0136 004 0959 38 005, som ikke er mit køb. Det ser i hvert fald sådan ud i min app, men der står kort xxx4401 som ikke er mit.

Mit medlemsnummer er 31654401.

It looks at least like this in my app, but it says xxx4401 which is not my card.My membership number is 31654401.
