Der er sket en fejl i den ene returnering i betalingsinfoen, der er angivet i status FejlIBeløb. Beløbet er 349 DKK, som skal betales tilbage med 110,58 DKK på kreditkort og 3406 point. Umiddelbart ligner det at KOS forsøger at tilbageføre hele beløbet på kreditkort og så fejler derfra?

Vi kan se i DNM (medlemssystemet) at købet er returneret, men ikke at kunden får sine point tilbage:
