I would like to ask for your approval to call a technician from NUM UK to controls machine parts on Saacke 6021 & 6022.

We have serious problems on both machines, and before we start to replace expensive spare parts we want to make sure that there is something wrong with the machine parts from NUM.

It is only NUM who can control these parts.

The supplier is NUM UK in the UK.
