Jeg har udarbejdet en virksomhedsan

Jeg har udarbejdet en virksomhedsanalyse af virksomheden Bestseller A/S. Formålet med min opgave er at kigge på virksomheden konkurrencesituation og hvordan virksomheden kan forbedre sig. Jeg har først set på virksomhedens konkurrencesituation, hvordan de står i forhold til deres konkurrenter men også hvad de kan gøre for at forbedre sig i forhold til konkurrenterne. Jeg har brugt kvantitativ metode i forbindelse med den økonomiske analyse, hvorefter jeg har analyseret virksomhedens års regnskab for årene 2010 til 2015. Konklusionen for denne opgave er at Bestseller skal forbedre deres brand, samt muligvis ekspandere til andre lande hvor de ikke allerede er, samt at de står meget godt i forhold til deres konkurrenter.
