Formål med Præste-retten er at løse stridigheden mellem personer.
Medarbejdere,præclearer,studerende og scientologer kan benytte denne Præste-ret til at løse deres egne stridigheden eller juridiske anliggender. Medarbejdere kan ikke sagsøges på grund af udførslen af deres pligter i orgen, da dette hører under Etik, hvortil sådanne klager kan indgives. Ethvert sagsanlæg, der indgives, skal være imod den person, der faktisk personligt kendte til og skadede den, der sagsøger, ved en handling personligt rettet imod den sagsøgende, bortset fra sagsanlæg om ophævelse af Etikforordninger.

Purpose of the Priesthood-the Court is to resolve disputes between persons.Employees, præclearer, student and Scientologists can use this Priest-the right to resolve their own disputes or legal affairs. Employees cannot be sued because of exports of their duties in the orgen, since this falls under Ethics, for which such complaints can be lodged. Any lawsuits filed, shall be against the person who actually personally known to the plaintiff, and damaged by an operation personally directed against the applicant, apart from legal action for the abolition of Ethics regulations.

Employees can not be sued because of exportation of their duties in the morning, a as these come under Ethics to which such complaints may be filed. Any cause of action submitted, will be against the person who actually personally knew and damaged the one applicant, by an act personally directed against the applicant, apart from prosecution repealing Ethics Regulations.
