Den,der oprindeligt er skyld i konflikten,er den "fornuftige" Tredje Part;han eller hun,som i almindelighed ikke er under mistanke, tilskueren, som benægter enhver andel i sagen.
Den skjulte Tredje Part,der fra tid til anden tilsyneladende blot støtter den ene side,skal findes som anstifteren.
