Denne gang handler det om følgende vare 5700382137442 / dessin 349910 jeg har taget test på kardex 24364, 24365 og 24366 som alle har varen regular, men hvor der ikke er registreret nogen beholdning, varen tæller derfor med i overblikket over butikker med 0 i beholdning, da de varer der sendes ud ikke bliver registret.

Jeg har tidligere bedt om at få en forklaring på hvorfor varerne ikke blive beholdningsstyret, men har ikke fået noget svar. Sagerne bliver blot løst enkeltvis og lukket ned uden svar på hvorfor der ikke var beholdningsstyring. Som sagt opleves det oftere og oftere at beholdningsstyring mangler. Det er meget svart at levere en fornuftig servicegrad via AD hvis der ikke er beholdningsstyring på varerne. Jeg vil derfor gerne vide om der er noget der går galt i vare oprettelse, flytningen til nyt sortiment, space etc. Som gør at beholdningsstyringen mangler.
