Afdelingen har ingen fælles mål. Der arbejdes med koncern og individuelle mål. De individuelle mål sættes til MUS-samtalen og det vurderes årligt om det er nået. Det skal overvejes om der kan formuleres direkte eller indirekte miljømål relateret til crew transfer, som er væsentlige for virksomhedens miljøperformance og som hele afdelingen har indflydelse på at opnå. Ligeledes bør det overvejes om de individuelle mål skal overvåges oftere end en gang årligt for løbende at følge fremdriften, samt have mulighed for at rette op i tide.

The Department has no common goal. Working with Group and individual goals. The individual goals set to MOUSE-conversation and it is estimated annually whether or not it is reached. It must be considered whether there can be formulated environmental objectives directly or indirectly related to crew transfer, which is essential for the company's environmental performance and the entire Department has influence to achieve. Also, consideration should be given to whether the individual goals must be monitored more frequently than once a year in order to follow progress on an ongoing basis, as well as have the opportunity to redress in time.
