Det var for nogen et dissideret kulturchok, da Merlin kom med deres engelske måde at gøre tingene på. Selvom vi er naboer til England, ser vi stadig meget forskelligt at måden at lede og motivere på, og der vil for altid blive stillet spørgsmål, når Merlin kommer med en ændring i måden vi driver vores forlystelsespark på.

Kommunikation er for mig en af de vigtigste ting, når man er i en forandrings proces. Det er vigtigt at man for kommunikeret rigtigt og ordentligt til de aktører som er i spil til processen. Endvidere skal der ved større forandringer også kommunikeres til den øvrige stab, sådan at de er velinformerede.
