Mange tak for fødselsdagshilsen. Det var som altid dejligt at komme tilbage fra Kreta og finde dit kort. Jeg er så ked af at mit kort og brev er forsinket i år.

John blev indlagt på hospital i Spanien i november og har siden vi kom hjem været på hospitalet her i Danmark. Nu venter han på operation for en meget smertefuld hernia operation.jeg sender dig brev og fotos i januar når alt er tilbage til normalt. Bortset fra disse sidste uger har vi haft et godt år. Hvor er det godt at høre alle dine dejlige nyheder. Held og lykke med det hele.

Now he is waiting on a very painful surgery for hernia URoperation.jeg sends you a letter and photos in January when everything is back to normal. Apart from these last weeks we have had a good year.
