Jeg er en student fra Aarhus University “Executive Master of Corporate Communication” ledet by Winni Johansen and Finn Frandsen, Jeg studerer issues management i den offentlige sektor / kommuner, hvor jeg undersøger om kommuner arbejder med issues management.

Det er ikke let for mig at finde litteratur om issues management og den offentlige sektor og sociale medier (som en lille del af min master opgave undersøger jeg også issues management og sociale medier). Derfor vil jeg spørge dig, om du kender til litteratur du kan anbefale om:

1) offentlige organisationer og issues management
2) sociale medier og issues managment

Jeg kender kun til din artikel “ New Communication Technologies: an issues Management Point of View” from 1998.
