Jeg har nu undersøgt forespørgslen på valsefræserne. Vi kan godt slibe værktøjerne ud fra nedenstående forudsætninger.
Under alle omstændigheder så skal vi have fremstillet en specialdorn. Sådan en ekspansionsdorn til Saacke koster nemt 10.000 - 15.000,- dkk, hvis det kan gøre det. Jeg ved heller ikke om, man kan købe ekspansionsdorne i denne størrelse. Alternativt må man bruge en løs dorn, som naturligvis også er billigere at fremstille :-)
Vores Re-new priser vil være følgende excl. ny dorn:
1 stk. 390,- GBP ved alm. slid (ca. 0,5 mm slib på bryst).
8 stk. 322,- GBP ved alm. slid (ca. 0,5 mm slib på bryst).

Mht. til nye værktøjer, så har vi en italiensk leverandør, som kan lave denne type værktøjer. Spaghetti- drengene holder ferie i hele august, så vi kan ikke få fat i dem lige pt. iflg. Charlie Karlsen.
Salg UK skal kontakte Torben Jørgensen herom, da han er kontaktperson hos denne leverandør. Torben kommer fra ferie på mandag.

I have now examined the query on roller tillers. We can grind the tools based on the following assumptions.
anyhow so should we have produced a special punch. Such an expansion mandrel to Saacke costs easily 10,000-15,000,-EUR, if it can do that. I do not know about, you can buy the expansion arbors at this size. Alternatively, one must use a loose dorn, which, of course, also are cheaper to manufacture:-)
Our Re-new prices will be following Excl. new dorn:
1 PCs. 390,-GBP by alm. wear (ca. 0.5 mm sections on chest).
8 PCs. 322,-GBP by alm. wear (ca. 0.5 mm sections on chest).

Mht. for new tools, so we have an Italian supplier, which can make this type of tools. Spaghetti-boys holiday throughout august, so we can't get hold of them equal pt. ACC. Charlie K.
