Manglen på ressourcer har betydet at der er kommet hjælp fra Chief HR Officer. og i samarbejde er der lagt en plan for ressourcerne. Meningen er at noget af arbejdet lægges ud i organisationen.

Samtidig er virksomheden vækstet over en årrække og afdelingen har derfor igennem en længere periode haft travlt with servicing - and not much time left to other activities.
• Det vurders derfor relevant at der på sigt er behov for at der kikkes på effektiviteten / procesoptimering i afdelingen.
