Når man udmelder et medlem pga. død

Når man udmelder et medlem pga. dødsfald i DNM, og man vælger brev som kommunikationsform og glemmer at indtaste arvingens eller advokatens navn og adresse i felterne til dette, skal der komme en besked/advarsel om, at man skal huske at indtaste modtagers navn og adresse (for ellers sendes brevet til den afdøde (medlemmet). Det gælder uanset om der er beløb til udbetaling eller ej, og uanset hvad der vælges under udbetalingsform.

Se fx medlemsnummer 33127726, Demo130 Medlemsservice, i PROD, som jeg har udmeldt i dag i PROD, og hvor jeg ikke fik en advarsel om at jeg skulle huske at indtaste modtager.

Nedenstående besked får man, hvis man glemmer at indtaste modtager ved død og bankcheck - det må godt være den samme besked ved brev.
