Vedr. stillingen som økonomichef hos G. Tscherning A/S.

Igennem mit arbejde dels som revisor, dels som økonomichef i Scani A/S og nu som Financial Manager i Neopost Danmark A/S har jeg opnået et meget bredt kendskab til området såvel nationalt som internationalt og søger derfor med stor interesse den ledige stilling som økonomichef. Det kunne være ”drømmejobbet”, der virkelig giver mig nye muligheder for at kombinere det brede kendskab, jeg har indenfor økonomi, regnskab og finansiering. Dette gælder såvel på det strategiske- som på det operationelle niveau. Jeg arbejder med et højt drive og med et konstant økonomisk overblik vil jeg se frem til at være med til at videreudvikle G. Tscherning A/S.

I dag er jeg ansat i Neopost Danmark A/S en virksomhed med 55 medarbejdere. Som Financial Manager i en international koncern har jeg det fulde ansvar for rapporteringen til moderselskabet i Paris. Jeg er leder af regnskab/administrationsafdelingen herunder IT, logistik og indkøb og en del af en ledergruppe der består af yderligere 3 personer, hvor jeg siden 2008 har været med til at udvikle forretningen.

Jeg har direkte personale ansvar for 4 personer i administrationen, 2 person i indkøb samt 2 personer i logistik. Yderligere har jeg det fulde ansvar for det leje/ leasing koncept der er bygget op over de sidste 4 år. Jeg har i perioden fra 2008 været med til at opkøbe andre virksomheder samt været en del af det at blive opkøbt. Jeg har arbejdet med ledelse på såvel strategisk som på operationelt niveau.

Jeg søger i min ledelsesstil kontinuerligt at få det bedste frem i mine kollegaer/medarbejdere. Jeg har høje forventninger til mine kollegaer/medarbejdere, men går gerne selv forrest. Som rollemodel er jeg motiverende og efterlever virksomhedens værdier. Jeg agerer som en involverende leder, og stiller mig gerne til rådighed og udfordrer medarbejdere og lederkollegaer konstruktivt. Jeg kan arbejde selvstændigt, men er også en god teamplayer. Som sparingspartner har jeg et særligt blik for potentiale og værdiskabelse i virksomheden. Jeg har gode kommunikative evner og formår at omsætte komplicerede analyser så de er let tilgængelige og forståelige. Jeg er desuden scenevant for forsamlinger, hvor jeg fremtræder sikkert og fagligt velfunderet.

Jeg trækker på et bredt fagligt fundament gennem mine år såvel som revisor/rådgiver til klienter som fra min tid som økonomichef/Financial Manager, hvor jeg med et godt overblik arbejder struktureret, systematisk, analyserende og udviklingsorienteret. I mit arbejde som revisor har jeg haft flere klienter med projektregnskaber. Jeg forholder mig konstruktiv kritisk og innovativt til arbejdsgange og processer og søger kontinuerligt at forbedre disse. Jeg trives med tempo og deadlines og agerer roligt også i pressede situationer. En af mine værdier er ordentlighed og jeg sætter en ære i at levere høj kvalitet til gavn for virksomheden.

Jeg er i 1991 uddannet som Cand.merc.aud. på Handelshøjskolen i København, jeg har ligeledes en HD i Finansiering fra 1987 og har kontinuerligt udannet mig.

Jeg siges at arbejde med et højt energi niveau, være handlingsorientret, forandringsparat, engageret, ansvarlig, vedholdende, struktureret, målrettet og resultatorienteret. Som person er jeg ambitiøs, visionær, positiv og formår at skabe gode relationer.

Jeg gør, som G. Tscherning A/S, heller ikke noget halvt. Jeg håber derfor, at mit beskrevne ”DNA” kan matche Jeres forventninger til en kommende økonomichef og vil med glæde uddybe ovenstående.

It could be "headhunted" that really gives me new opportunities to combine the broad knowledge, I have in economics, accounting and finance. This applies both at the strategic-as at the operational level. I work with a high level of drive and with a constant financial overview, I look forward to helping to further develop g. Tscherning a/s.Today I am employed in the Neopost Denmark a/s, a company with 55 employees. As a Financial Manager in an international group I have full responsibility for reporting to the parent company in Paris. I am head of accounting/Administration Department including IT, logistics and procurement and part of a leadership team consisting of 3 more persons, where I since 2008 has helped to develop the business. I have direct personnel responsible for 4 people in the Administration, 2 person in procurement as well as 2 people in logistics. Further, I have full responsibility for the rent/lease concept has been built up over the last 4 years. I have been with during the period from 2008 to buy up other companies, as well as been a part of it to be bought. I've been working with management on strategic as well as at the operational level.I am looking in my management style continuously to bring out the best in my co-workers/employees. I have high expectations for my co-workers/employees, but goes like even forrest. As a role model I'm motivating and comply with the company's values. I act as a hands-on Manager, and am happy to provide and challenges employees and management colleagues in a constructive manner. I can work independently, but are also a good team player. As a partner, I have a special eye for potential and value creation in the company. I have good communication skills and ability to translate complicated analyses so that they are easily accessible and understandable.
