Suppressive Personer eller Grupper giver afkald på deres rettigheder som scientologer ved deres blotte handlinger og kan ikke nyde godt af fordelene ved kirkens Kodekser. Familie til og tilhængere af Suppressive Person eller Grupper må ikke modtage auditering. Det er ligegyldigt, om de er scientologer eller ej. Hvis familie eller pårørende til Suppressive Person eller Grupper auditeres,så vil den auditor,der gør dette, gøre sig skyldig i en Forseelse. En Potentiel Kilde til Besvær,der bevidst lader sig selv eller den Suppressive Person blive auditeret uden at underrette auditoren eller Scientologi autoriteter, er Skyldig i en forbrydelse.
