Jeg har arbejdet i et stykke tid på et retssystem, der ville være tilfredsstillende for scientologer, og har udarbejdet et med Beviskomiteer. Disse fungerer fortræffeligt ifølge faktiske tester og opfylder kravene til justits. Jeg kræver straks fuld anvendelse af disse Komiteer i alle sager, der vedrører Scientologi organisationer, grupper og sager. Jeg kan ikke anbefale, at personer med autoritet handler i disciplinære sager uden at bruge en Beviskomite.
En Beviskomite : Et efterforskningsorgan,der er sammensat af upartiske personer,som er behørigt sammenkaldt af en Indkaldende Myndighed, og som behandler bevismateriale fra personer, som den har indkaldt til fremmøde, og som når frem til en kendelse og udfærdiger en komplet rapport og anbefaling til den Indkaldende Myndighed, så denne kan skride til handling.
