Jeg har valgt at snakke lidt om personlig udvikling og den personlige dialog med den/de daglige leder.

Den personlige udvikling er meget vigtigt for JYSK. Det vil sige de mener det er vigtigt for deres medarbejder at de får den bedst mulig hjælp til at udvikle sig på lige præcis den rette måde således at de altid er glade for at møde op på arbejdet. Kommunikation mellem de ansatte og lederen er også vigtigt i form af medarbejdernes udvikling.

Dialogen mellem de ansatte er ligeledes vigtig i form af et godt samarbejde mellem medarbejderne og lederen.
