Når jeg læser artiklen tænker jeg på politikere. Politikere kunne være målgruppen. Det er på en måde en provokation for dem, at se ulovligt arbejde eller folk der arbejder ulovligt i deres områder. Det er jo noget, som påvirker dem, da de er politikere, som kæmper for et godt samfund, og når deres område/samfund bliver set som et ulovligt samfund er det jo en provokation for dem.
Når man fortæller om hvor de mænd der arbejder ulovligt er og hvordan de lever og arbejder, så kan man jo udstillet dem ved at fortælle om deres illegale levemåde.

It is something which affects them, since they are politicians, who are fighting for a good society, and when their area/community will be seen as an illegal society, it is an insult for them. When one talks about how the men who work illegally are and how they live and work, so one can indeed exhibited them by telling about their illegal way of life.
