The customer has submitted the order on 20-07-2016, but we can not find KOS order number in HCMC. The customer has got a "thank you for your order", but then nothing happens. The customer has received the following order number: mm50d1f6j16 customer has logged in as a member (30,174,442) and the customer's points have also been booked in DNM. Member Service has reset the points again. Same problem as INC1066816
